What Happens at the Noida Office
This is the administrative centre of the foundation rather than a programme site. It is where the unglamorous half of the work is done — the half that determines whether the other half can be trusted.
Donor relations and receipts. Contributions are recorded here against the programme they were given for, receipts issued, and queries about where a particular donation went answered.
Accounts and compliance. Books, fund accounting for restricted donations, statutory filings and audit preparation.
Volunteer and recruitment intake. Applications, screening and safeguarding briefings are arranged from here before anyone starts.
Programme planning. Camp calendars, supplier arrangements, partner hospitals and the scheduling that determines which village gets a camp and when.

What to bring
For donation queries, the transaction reference. For admissions, the child’s details. For volunteering, a note on what you can do and how often. For a complaint, just come — nothing else is needed.
